Vaccine awareness is on the upswing.  Everybody wants to know- are they safe?  effective?  useful?  I have decided to start us off with a basic article dispelling 10 common myths and countering them with truth.  If you aren't open to changing your mind, read no further.  The website I took this from is one of my faves.  Expect lots from here in the future.

Actually, the Contraction Master is "your free contraction timing assistant" for the tech-savvy among us. With your computer at your birth (or iPhone), this is a very simple way to time contractions, if you're into that sort of thing. It's basically a stopwatch with a history, developed by a husband who wanted to spend less time writing and more time helping his wife through her labor.
