Interested in Scheduling an Event, Class, or Workshop at Pinkpeas?

Pinkpeas is now open for booking your special event, class, workshop, book group, or ??? in our space. We have lots of days and times still available, but they are going fast. Please use the attached form (Word or PDF for your convenience) to request to book an event. Requests can be by email (by filling out and attaching the form in Word or PDF) or hard copy, but must be received by the end of the day Thursday (midnight) in order to be considered that week. If you are unable to download the form please contact Amie (370-8070) or Kate (632-1301) for a hard copy.

Payment options include:
(1) $5.00 for each attendee will be paid to Pinkpeas, or attendees may substitute one punch from their Pinkpeas punch card.  ____% of the income derived from this class or activity will go to Pinkpeas, and ____% will be paid to me.
(2) I will pay $______ ($20 suggested) an hour with a two hour minimum. The length of time requested is _____ hours total (including setup and clean up).
(3) I will charge $____ for this class or activity and I will relinquish ____% of all income from my activity to Pinkpeas.  I have been authorized verbally to use this payment method by _______________.

This request is being made keeping all of the following in mind:
•    Pinkpeas has the authority to deny this request or suggest date/time changes.
•    Pinkpeas will take 7-14 days to authorize this request.
•    Every child is to be accompanied by his/her parent or guardian at all times at Pinkpeas.
